  My experience with this guy not good. Everything will be good for new business and insurance policies etc. Moment this is claim he will not help you at all. His standard answer, contact he company. I had a critical insurance claim and ask him to come and discuss the situation and try to help us. He will only visit you for new Insurance policies or business. At the time getting the business will tell you all the stories regarding how well he helps his client but when actual claim comes he will not visit you.
